Aim of the project is the collection of narrated experiences by doctor in the care context of patients with severe asthma through parallel chart, in order to:
- Let emerge the experiences of the patient with severe asthma, of his/her family and of the doctor leading the care pathway.
- Give voice to a different pathway of taking care of the patient considered as a person.
- Give professionals new practical tools.
The project is handled by ISTUD Foundation, with the unrestricted grant of Novartis.
